The house can only be rented on a weekly basis, arrival and departure day is Saturday. During low season exceptions to that might be possible, please inquire.

The house will be in a clean and tidy condition upon your arrival, we expect it to be the same when you depart. If that is not the case, a cleaning fee based on the work necessary to bring the house in its original state, will be charged.

Please bring your own bed linen and towels.

The rental fee has to be transferred to our account in advance or has to be paid in cash upon arrival.

When making a reservation, a fee of Euro 50,- has to be paid, which is deducted from the rental fee later on. On cancellaion this reservation fee is lost. If the time period between cancellation and beginning of the rental time is so short, that no other guests can be found for this time, the whole rental fee has to be paid.

The house can be rented from the beginning of April until the end of October. The main season includes all weeks, which have at least 4 days within the months June to August.

Pricing

The rental fee per week is

• Euro 400,- in the low season
• Euro 450,- in the main season

and includes all costs.
