Our villa is located very quietly in a lovely hilly rural area, neighboring a small river and facing the high summits of the Sybillian mountains. The main village in our area, the medievil town of Penna San Giovanni, is just a few kilometers away. It hosts all kinds of shops for daily goods, restaurants, bars, a farmacy and medical services.

The nearest town of significant size is Sarnano, a well known spa resort with a lovely downtown, located directly next to the first mountains of the Apennin.

Our house was formerly used by farmers and has been restaurated with strong focus on originality to keep its unique atmosphere. It combines the advantages of the traditional building way (e.g. thick walls and oak crossbars) with the comfort of modern equipment.

The room sizes add to about 80 sq meter on two floors. On the first floor you will find the living room fitted with television (ASTRA satelite) and an open fire place. On the right hand side two hallways lead to the bedrooms. One holds a double bed, the other one two single beds. Two more beds are standing in the upper floor, which is accessed via a staircase in the second hallway.

The dining room contains a big table with six chairs as well as fully equipped kitchen including a stove, a sink unit and a refrigerator.

The bathroom is equipped with a wash basin, toilet, bidet and shower.

The house is surrounded by a lawn (ca. 2000 sq meters in size) with old trees and two patios encircled by vine yards, fields and woods. Walks to the nearby river give plenty of opportunities for picknicks in almost untouched nature.
